• 「每月轉帳」是擁有者個人自用的工具，唯一的使用者就是擁有者本人。
• 工具透過 Google 的 gmail.readonly 權限，只讀擁有者本人信箱裡的銀行帳單通知信，不會寄信、刪信或修改信件。
• 只取出應繳金額、帳單月份與繳款截止日，存放在擁有者自己的 Google Cloud 專案裡。帳單原文與附件不會保存。
• 授權資料（更新權杖）存放在擁有者自己的 Google Cloud Secret Manager，不存在任何電腦上。
• 資料不會出售、分享或提供給任何第三方，也不會用於廣告或訓練模型。
• 擁有者可以隨時到 Google 帳戶的「第三方存取權」移除授權，並刪除自己雲端專案中的資料。

Privacy Policy (English)

Monthly Transfer is a personal tool used only by its owner. It uses the Google gmail.readonly scope to read the owner's own bank statement emails, extracting only the amount due, statement month and due date. That data is stored in the owner's own Google Cloud project; email bodies and attachments are not kept. Tokens are stored in the owner's own Secret Manager. No data is sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train models. Access can be revoked at any time from the owner's Google Account third-party access settings.
